Institutional Effectiveness Plans

During the Spring 2008 semester, each functional unit publicly declared the contributions it will make toward accomplishing the University’s strategic goals.

And, during a series of meetings for the next four years, the functional units will report out on progress made relative to those strategic activities.

In addition, individual members of the President’s Planning Council also serve as the champion for at least one of the activities and strategic outcomes identified by Planning Council as their contribution to the strategic plan.
