Tutoring Handbook
Online Writing Lab (OWL)
- Free online writing assistance for DSU on campus and distance students.
- Submit your papers to OWL@pluto.dsu.edu
DSU Math Center
- The Math Center is located in the Habegar Science Building Room 121.
- Provides a supporting tutoring and testing environment for the Math 021 and 101 courses on campus.
- In The Math Center, students will have access to instructors or tutors on a daily basis.
Elluminate (Online) Tutoring
- Elluminate online tutoring sessions are available to DSU distance students and DSU students attending at the UC (in some subject areas).
- See the Library Tutor for information on tutors available for Elluminate tutoring.
- Sessions may be scheduled Sunday 2 – 10 PM, and Monday – Thursday 6 – 10 PM.
- Sessions must be scheduled 24 hours in advance by contacting Patti Beck at patti.beck@dsu.edu or 605-256-5900
