Coordinator of DAD Digital Arts Camp: Dr. Susan J. Conover
Sue Conover is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. With a background in performing and visual arts, she works in the fields of Digital Storytelling, Theatre and Communication. Her Ph.D. is from the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Digital Storytelling Instructor: Dr. Robert Jackson
Bob Jackson is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. With a background in strategic and visual communication, he works in the fields of Digital Storytelling and Communication. His Ph.D. is from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Computer Graphic Design Instructor: Bradley Hesser
Brad Hesser is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. With a BFA and a MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design, he is well known for his knowledge and expertise in graphic design.
Animation Instructor: Dr. Scott Mackenzie
Scott Mackenzie is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. Well versed in traditional art forms and the new technologies, Scott is the coordinator and curriculum specialist in production animation studies in the DAD program. His Ph.D. is from the University of Colorado.
Digital Photography Instructor: Thomas Jones
Tom Jones is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. With a background in traditional and digital art, Tom is in charge of the photography program at DSU. He is also an award winning fine arts photographer. His MFA is from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Audio Production Instructor: Daniel Mortenson
Dan Mortenson is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. With a background in music and audio technology, Dan is the coordinator and curriculum specialist for audio production studies at DSU. His Master’s degrees are from USD and DSU.
Web Design Instructor: Linn Nelson
Linn is a professor in the Digital Art and Design program at DSU. Linn’s traditional roots are in printmaking, and she’s combined that expertise with today’s new technologies, to become an expert in a wide variety of computer graphics applications and web design. A professional graphic designer, her MFA is from Southern Illinois University.
