2011 Digital Art Camp
Who: High School students interested in digital arts and design
What: A summer camp in digital arts and design for students entering grades 7-12
When: July 24-29, 2011
Where: Dakota State University, Madison SD
Cost: $225.00 registration, and $210.00 room and board for those students not commuting from home
Purpose: To raise the visibility of the DAD program at DSU in the state and region, and to develop high school students' interest in the digital arts.
What you get for your money:
Art Camp: $225.00
- Coursework in 2 digital arts areas by digital arts professionals
- Art Camp t-shirt
- Digital Art Camp student art show on Friday afternoon for family, friends and public
- Evening workshops and computer lab time.
Room and Board: $210.00
- Double occupancy dorm room; linens; free parking
- Meals in the DSU cafeteria plus mid morning snack
- Free use of the Madison Community Center
- Free use of the DSU Student Center
- Fun activities and computer lab time in the evenings.
Students may sign up to attend the Digital Arts Camp and stay in the dorm, or they may sign up to be a commuter.
- If you attend camp and stay in the dorm, your total fee for the week is $435.00.
- If you choose to be a commuter, your fee for the week is $225.00.
- Commuters may eat in the student center with the other campers.
