1098-T Online Sign Up
The South Dakota Public Universities are pleased to announce that this year you have the option to access your 1098-T electronically and opt out of postal delivery of the tax document. If you do not provide consent to receive your 1098-T Federal tax tuition statement electronically by the processing deadline, a paper copy of your 1098-T will be mailed to your permanent address on January 31, 2010.
If you would like electronic delivery and access to your 1098-T statement, please provide your consent at http://www.ecsi.net/gateway/1098t-signup.html?school=GZ. By signing up for an electronic delivery of the tax document, NO paper form will be mailed to you. When your tax document is ready, an email will be sent containing a link to the ECSI website where you may view, print, or save your document.
The South Dakota Public Universities have contracted with Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI) to print, mail and store your 1098-T online. ECSI has provided clients with intuitive, user-friendly software and solutions. ECSI provides customer service through a 1-800 phone service and offers live chat to assist in answering any questions. ECSI will be mailing you a copy of your 1098-T on January 31, 2010.

If you do not receive your 1098-T in the mail, please call ECSI at 1-866-428-1098 or login at www.ecsi.net/1098T. ECSI will provide you with your login information so you can view and print a copy of your statement. The universities will not be able provide copies of your 1098-T.
