The Apartment Complex is a relatively new addition to Dakota State University (DSU). In each eight-plex, four rooms contain five residents and four rooms have four residents for a total of 36 residents per eight-plex. The complex is coed but the individual rooms are not. Only sophomores, juniors or seniors are allowed to live in them. |
