2015-16 Incoming General Scholarship App

Opportunities for specific DSU scholarships (ex. DSU Transfer Champion, Music, Additional Eligibility, or Athletic), outside organization scholarships, and funding available through scholarship searches, have application dates throughout the year.

DSU Transfer Champion Scholarships are available for the 2014-15 academic year. You must fill out the transfer champion scholarship application before you begin class at DSU. Requirements for this scholarship are:

  • Student must have an ACT score of 24 or above
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA and continuous full time enrollment at a post-secondary institution since high school graduation.

After you have started class at DSU, you will no longer be eligible for this scholarship. For more information and the application please click on the link below.

  • DSU Athletics Scholarships – DSU Athletics Scholarships web page.
  • Freshman Academic Scholarships – Scholarships for incoming freshman and special scholarships for incoming Madison High School graduates.
  • Music Scholarships – Scholarships for students who participate in music programs at DSU as well as participating in music programs in High School.
  • Transfer Champion Scholarship Application Transfer Champion Scholarship Eligibility - 24 ACT, 3.0 cumulative GPA and continuous full-time enrollment (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) at your current post-secondary institution/college. A personal statement is also required along with the application.
