Student Speakers
Each semester, the Commencement Logistics Committee, plus officers of the General Faculty and Student Senate, select a graduating honors student to speak at the commencement ceremony. Honors students have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.50. Student speakers for the past several years include the following individuals:

Student Marshals
The Student Senate selects two individuals to serve as student marshals for the Commencement ceremony. Student marshals wear white robes and mortarboards. Their role is to lead the graduates into the auditorium and to stand “guard” at each set of stairs as graduates process across the stage to receive their diploma. Student marshals for the past several years include the following individuals:
