DSU Teaching Alumna Receives Grant

Dakota State alumna Brandi Lentsch Gerry is one of ten South Dakota school teachers to receive a grant to improve technology in the classroom.
Gerry received a $2,500 grant from the Qwest Foundation. The grant is part of $25,000 the foundation is awarding to SD teachers to help them enact creative technology based ideas in their classrooms.
Gerry is a first grade teacher in the Viborg School District and a 2005 graduate of Dakota State.
