DSU Student's Paper Judged Best of International Conference

Dakota State University student Ryan Pries was awarded the best paper award at the 2008 International Conference on Communications (ICC) in Beijing, China. Pries' paper was judged best by peer-reviewers and received the top recommendation from the symposium chairs. The ICC is the flagship international conference on communications.
The title of Pries' paper was "A New Replay Attack Against Anonymous Communication Networks". The subject matter dealt with securing privacy of network communications.
Pries is a master's student at Dakota State University and an application programmer at Wells Fargo Education Financial Services in Sioux Falls.
