DSU's Streff Invited to Speak at Columbia University
Dakota State University faculty Kevin Streff was invited to give a speech at Columbia University in New York, NY, April 2. The speech was given at a conference dealing with issues surrounding mobile money held at the Columbia Institute for Tele-Information at the Columbia Business School.
Streff is an associate professor and the Director of the Center for Information Assurance in Banking and Finance at Dakota State. His speech was an overview of mobile banking threats. Streff was part of a panel that focused on the security aspects of mobile money including how accounts can be protected over wireless services, and controlling identity theft.
