Delta Mu Delta Gamma Xi chapter celebrates 35 years
GAMMA XI Chapter of Delta Mu Delta, Dakota State University, celebrated its 35th anniversary at the annual initiation dinner on April 25, at the Karl Mundt Foundation Area.
Delta Mu Delta is a national honor society in the field of business administration. To be chosen for this honor, students must attain a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and have completed at least half of the courses needed to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Dr. Yen-Ling Chang, Assistant Professor of Finance at Dakota State University, was inducted as an honorary member. Honorary members are selected by current members to recognize contributions by the individual to the business community and to education.
Membership in Delta Mu Delta is a lifetime membership. The Delta Mu Delta National Chapter is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year in San Antonio, Texas. Adviser for the local chapter is Dr. Lynette Molstad Gorder.
