DSU hosts “The College Students Guide to the Law” on Wednesday
The Dakota State University Student Success Center is hosting an event, “The College Students Guide to the Law,” by C.L. Lindsay, an attorney and speaker. It will be held at the DSU Tunheim Classroom Building (TCB) at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
The topics of discussion for the event revolve around online plagiarism, campus and state laws on alcohol, how Facebook can haunt your post college career, safety from identity theft and internet predators and cyber bullying. Local area high school seniors, DSU students, faculty, staff and local area community members are invited to attend this free event.

Lindsay founded the Coalition for Student & Academic Rights (CO-STAR), which is a national student rights organization that helps thousands of college students with their legal problems, free of charge, each year. He is a nationally recognized expert and leader in the field of student rights and academic freedom.
