DSU Enactus creates videos to enhance job preparation skills

The Dakota State University Enactus club, formerly known as Students in Free Enterprise, enabled by Walmart Women’s Economic Empowerment Project Partnership grant sponsored through Walmart, is creating videos demonstrating computer applications as well as basic computer skills and resume preparation to assist women in job preparation.

This project goal is to help women of all ages enhance or develop the skills needed for a particular job requiring basic computer skills.

DSU Enactus, working with Interlakes Community Action Partnership (ICAP), will bring these services to the local community. A basic computer skills seminar will be held in Sioux Falls Feb. 19th at 6:15 p.m., and a resume workshop will be held in Sioux Falls, March 4th at 2 p.m.

If you are interested in gaining access to the videos or utilizing these services, please contact Arleen Weerheim at 605-256-6518.
