To obtain a group rate, please make your reservations before May 31, 2013. Rooms on hold for PPC will be released for general sale after May 31th. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to guaranty room availability.
PPC2013 is located in a near proximity to the Sanford Underground Research Facility in Lead, South Dakota in the northern Black Hills. Nearby attractions include Deadwood, Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Crazy Horse Monument, Spearfish Canyon, Custer State Park, Badlands National Park, Devils Tower National Monument. The nearest airport is Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP) which is located 50 miles away from Deadwood, SD. A shuttle bus service is being provided by the lodge to and from the airport. PPC2013 is paying for the cost of the shuttle service. Please coodinate your arrival time with the lodge so they can meet you at the airport.
