Dakota State University: "Our Future’s So Bright, We Gotta Wear Shades"

Our homecoming parade will take place Saturday, September 29th. The Parade Committee would love to see our colleges, departments, offices, clubs, and local businesses represented. We see just about everything; cars, people walking with banners, floats, motorcycles, horses, elephants/lions/tigers and bears, 4-wheelers, etc.

The homecoming theme this year will be "Our Future’s So Bright, We Gotta Wear Shades." We all enjoy the warmth of summer and the fun attitude that the season evokes. This beachy-theme will also allow us to celebrate our amazing community and our vibrant future. No matter how your group or organization interprets this year’s theme, our hope is that this concept will bring our community together for another successful homecoming celebration.
